She has been a yoga instructor since 2008 and has over 1,000 hours of training in a variety of schools, including Lyengar and Anusara. Desirae has developed a style that is strong, safe, and focused on correct alignment which helps to empower students both on and off their mats. Her passion is to share her knowledge and bring this experience to as many people as possible through classes, leading workshops and retreats, and training new yoga teachers. Yoga is about alignment and movement, but above all else, it is a journey into growth, compassion, community, and love.
