    • FOUNDATIONAL YOGA

    85° Heat. Earth Flo is all about foundations, but don't be fooled by its ability to challenge your strength and alignment. It's a great place for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

    • VINYASA FLOW YOGA

    95° Heat. Water Flo is our Vinyasa class, with emphasis on breath to movement, less on form. It will have variations of Sun A and Sun B. There will be repetitions of the poses, holding postures for 3 breaths or less.

    • POWER YOGA

    95° Heat. Fire Flo focuses on breath and form. It follows the traditional Sun A and Sun B. Typically, you will do each pose only once, with longer holds of standing and floor postures. Similar to Baptiste yoga.

    • YOGA SCULPT

    95° Heat. Vinyasa class accompanied with hand and/or ankle weights for the fusion lover.

    • BURN (HIIT)

    95° Heat. H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) class performed in the heat is designed to boost the bodies metabolic glucose response while also drastically improving cardio respiratory endurance. In real terms: you’ll burn a ton of calories and get in amazing physical shape.

    Speed: Moderate Pace

    Sweat Level: Moderate - High

    85° Heat. Our signature fusion reformer class pairs classical Pilates with our unique method. This open class will strengthen, align and tone your frame from head to heel; whilst improving balance and posture.

    • LENGTHEN REFORMER

    Speed: Slow Pace Stretching

    Sweat Level: Low - Moderate

    85° Heat. In this class we combine stretching and balance challenges. Re-connect with soul centering, improving posture, and a superior full body stretch. This is a great place to start for a beginner.

    • STRONG REFORMER

    Speed: Slow Pace w/ Weights

    Sweat Level: High

    85° Heat. Made to make your muscles burn by engaging in slow and steady movements through resistance, speed, beats and repetitions. Endurance building routines activate max stimulation by recruiting multiple muscle groups during a single repetition.

    • MAT PILATES

    95° Heat. Modern Mat Pilates using Bala Bangles, Magic Circles and Resistance Bands.
