
I've been going here for yoga and now pilates for many years. I tried other places, this place, is by far, the BEST! Hands Down! I love all of the classes and instructors. It's my home away from home! Best Environment for an incredible workout!

When I lived in Oklahoma City, I was an active yogi that practiced at Yoga at Tiffany's. Tiffany is not only a dynamic yoga instructor, but she is an awesome friend. I remember my first class with her....she adjusted me, and she made sure I was reaping all of the positive benefits of yoga. I am a thick and big woman... And I feel I am welcome and at ease when I was there! I wish Tiffany can branched out here in Denver! LOL! I love Yoga at Tiffany's

I have been practicing with Tiffany for almost 4 years now. Her knowledge and passion for yoga are evident to anyone that takes a class from her. The studio has a great selection of classes to chose from (hot to gently heated) and a number of excellent teachers that will give you exactly the type of practice you need. Trust me, fancy clothes or lots of money are not needed to fit in here.

I have been going for the past month 3-5 times a week. The classes are excellent and all the teachers are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great friendly supportive Yogies in OKC. I'll miss them greatly after a year at Tiffany's. Teachers, Staff, Yogies are outstanding and supported me from beginner through my first-year journey. Look forward to catching up again. Thank you for your support and encouragement. Special thanks to Tiffany, Cindy, Barbara, Stacy, and class friends whom I took most of my classes with and I never missed a 30-in-40 the whole time I was at the studio.

The environment and studio provide for an optimal yoga experience. The staff are friendly and demonstrate great service. I started with a "Groupon" and thereafter was "hooked." It does help to have some fitness already developed. Ie, I used to go to a local gym and workout maybe 15-30 mins, appx 2x/week. The physical level was a stretch for me from this background, but I built up to it. I recommend starting with "Strength & Alignment" type courses.
